Summer:
During the summer season from Easter until the end of September, Elm Farm is let weekly from Friday to Friday.
Winter:
During the rest of the year, Elm Farm is also available for Long Weekends and Short Breaks.
Everything you need (except food) is included in the rental price; heating and lighting, bedding and linen, towels, soap - right down to dishwasher tablets. Because Elm Farm is the owners' home, it is well equipped, with ample crockery, kitchen utensils etc, as well as children's toys, games and puzzles and cards for adults. We welcome new guests after 5 pm and ask you to leave the house before 10 am.
Pricing:
Weekly rentals are £1300 from October to March, £1500 during April and £1800 in May, June and September.
July and August rentals are £2400 per week.
Short Breaks/Long Weekends are £1000 for 3 nights from October to March rising to £1300 in the early Summer.
