From the A24 travelling South, turn right at Findon onto the "Long Furlong" (A280) and then follow the signs for Rustington. From the A259 roundabout, just past Sainsbury's, turn left into Rustington village, driving straight down Ash Lane, before turning right into The Street. After 500 metres, you will pass the Lamb Public House on the left and the entrance to Elm Farm is just a few metres further on the right

Rustington benefits from good transport links, with Angmering train station just over a mile away, providing regular links into London Waterloo via Clapham Junction and London Victoria in 1 hour and 30 minutes. The A27 is just over 4 miles away and provides links to the rest of the south coast and the North. For frequent international travellers, Gatwick airport is just over 35 miles away and less than an hour's drive.
